Property Documentation

Non-Refundable Transactions

All property sales are final once payment is confirmed and documentation has commenced.
Third-party payments are excluded from this policy.

Refund Eligibility

Full refunds apply for duplicate, erroneous, or excess payments, and where services were not provided as agreed.
For installment clients who cancel before documentation starts: 70% of total payments are refundable after 90 working days from the written refund request date. Once documentation begins, the cost of documentation and 30% of the total paid will be deducted before refund.

Refund Process

Contact us within 7 business days with proof of payment. Requests are reviewed within 10 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 90 working days.
