Property Documentation

Return & Refund Policy

At Limac Courts Limited, we prioritize transparency and fairness in all transactions.

Non-Refundable Transactions

  • All property sales are final once payment is confirmed and documentation has commenced.
  • Third-party payments are excluded from this policy.

Refund Eligibility

  • Full refunds apply for duplicate, erroneous, or excess payments, and where services were not provided as agreed.
  • For installment clients who cancel before documentation starts: 70% of total payments are refundable after 90 working days from the written refund request date. Once documentation begins, the cost of documentation and 30% of the total paid will be deducted before refund.

Refund Process

Contact us within 7 business days with proof of payment. Requests are reviewed within 10 business days, and approved refunds are processed within 90 working days.
